Loved the info on low cost fertilizer, would never of thought of alfalfa pellets. Love your positive way of thinking, life can be crazy sometimes, but my garden will always be there for me.

"Desperate Gardens" was recommended by the one & only Doug Green on his gardening site, and I couldn't resist M'Liz! What a hilarious page! This will definitely be added to my "Favorites" list! Thanks again, and keep up the good work.

What a delightful site! I can tell you I was getting plenty of laughs! The plants stay and the men move on for sure but this time around I think I have a keeper in a man. Now if you just had a tip to keep chickens from eating my watermelon, green beans and tomatos. Those little buggers find a way into the vegetable garden despite fences! They may end up as dinner one night! Keep up the good work! Sheri

Do the Wisconsin badgers like bananas? The only thing bananas grown in the U.S. are good for is banana cake. Ginger and Sam are great people and willing to help others in gardening.
